Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $100 is $8*

*subject to change due to inflation, price increases, and/or large or bulky orders

In-store Returns Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases for items that are returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt.

Online Returns Policy – Applies to All Shipments

All sales are final.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. There are these rules about the return of perishable goods that we abide by, and cannot accept products if it sent back to us. If you are unhappy with your product or believe it to be defective, please reach out! We’d love to work with you on a solution.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a store credit on the first instance per customer. If the customer elects to not have the package reshipped, then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.


When will my order ship?
All orders usually have a processing time of 1-5 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on US Federal holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS’ shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns. *We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.

What Happens if an item is out of stock?
On occasion, an item may be listed as in-stock on the website but may be out of stock in the store or the warehouse. If this happens, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days by a company representative to offer a similar replacement product, or to cancel your order. Customer will be responsible for the price difference of any replacement product(s), or will be issued a partial refund is due.

What Do I do If my Package Is lost?
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim here. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Enjoy Hemp is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. Additionally, only the purchase price of the item will be provided as a store credit on the first instance. Therefore, if you purchase an item that is returned-to-sender, refused, or you elect to not have your order resent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
